AI customer service

A virtual agent that reads the operator’s data instead of guessing.

In AXBILL, subscriber WhatsApp messages are answered by an AI connected to the operator’s billing and network data, within clear limits.

Grounded in real data
Reads the subscriber’s invoices, plan, active promotions, and RADIUS session state before replying.
Identity verification
Account details are discussed only after the subscriber is verified in that conversation.
Handoff to a human
The conversation moves to staff when the subscriber asks, the tone escalates, or the AI fails repeatedly.
Firm limits
Never asks for an OTP, PIN, or password. Never invents billing data. Never promises sensitive actions.

Company

A small team in Garut building for internet operators.

PT GNET Digital Indonesia was founded in October 2024. We build software for ISPs and neighborhood networks, from single-district operators to those serving several regions.

We chose on-premise first because many operators want subscriber and RADIUS data to stay on their own servers.
